Liquid have recently designed and developed a new responsive website for HCE Group, the leading UK based High Court Enforcement company.

HCE operate in an increasingly competitive market and needed a new site that would help them stand out from the crowd. They wanted to maintain the existing brand identity that liquid had developed while creating a fresh online presence.

HCE are renowned for their customer service and to further enhance their offering they wanted the new website to incorporate intuitive online forms to make instruction of their enforcement services even easier.

Careful consideration also had to be given to the way that content was treated on the site as a lot of HCE’s messaging can be text heavy.

Through careful research and planning liquid worked with HCE to identify a site structure and key content suitable to meet the needs of their target customers. We recommended that content was carefully written to appeal to four of HCE’s key audiences ranging from solicitors to individuals.

Liquid’s creative team devised a site design which really sets HCE apart from their competitors. A bold and bright styling was applied to headings and carefully selected banner images were added to page headers. The heading styling and triangles from the brand identity were also used to help break up lengthy text.

The liquid digital team built the site with a powerful CMS meaning HCE can easily add and edit content including SEO meta data. The site was developed to be responsive across different devices such as tablet and mobile. Six bespoke forms were built allowing customers to easily instruct HCE online.

The new HCE website has a much fresher look and feel, establishing an online presence which enforces the company’s brand values to their core audiences.

The site manages to present a large volume of information in an engaging and accessible manner which works responsively across different devices.
