Liquid is delighted to announce it has been chosen to work with ACC Liverpool. They have briefed us to create new marketing collateral which will help ACC Liverpool to build on its success and take their brand to the next level. The aim is for people to recognise the venue as the place to come to for meetings and events, demonstrating how it is one of the best and greenest venues in Europe.

ACC Liverpool houses both the award winning BT Convention Centre – with facilities including a 1,350 seat auditorium, 18 breakout rooms and 7000m2 of exhibition space – and the 11,000 capacity Echo Arena.

Opened in 2008 its track record speaks for itself. In its first year more than 665,000 visitors enjoyed over 200 events at ACC Liverpool seeing them win the prestigious ‘Best Venue’ accolade for the BT Convention Centre for both 2008 and 2009.

Highlights of the first year included centrepiece events in every field: a TV audience of millions saw the MTV Europe Music Awards broadcast from the Echo Arena; musicians and performers from Diana Ross to Bob Dylan arrived to perform in the city; the Liberal Democrats held their spring conference at the BT Convention Centre, the prime minister visited twice and there was even a royal visit from the Queen.

We now face the challenge of building on these achievements and pushing them on to even greater success. It’s one we are relishing.
